Year of Hope

"The virtue of 'Hope' consists of two basic concepts - Firstly, looking forward to eternal happiness and secondly, being confident that God will help fulfill our expectations.

'Hope' is another side of 'Faith'.  'Faith' leaps us to the firm belief that God will keep His promises to love us, care for us and give us eternal happiness.  Thus 'Hope' is not the optimism of all Christians without ground. Instead, it gives us the solid proof of God's sincerity and mercy with Christ's giving up His life for us and in His Resurrection.  Even at the times of difficulties in our encounter in our lifetime,

'Hope' makes us to expect and rely without disappointment, on God's readiness to help us."
