Year of Hope ~ A Musical Experience
How do we define the word HOPE in a world where there seems to be so much hopelessness? Rather than define it, our talented youth will tell a compelling story of Hope. Please mark your calendars and be sure to invite your family and friends to a night of beautiful music. It will be presented on Sep 28 (Sun) 7:00 p.m. here in celebration of the Year of Hope and Feast of the Canadian Martyrs. Free tickets are available now.
T3 Thy Kingdom Come Youth Faith Formation Program (YFFP) is accepting registrations for 2014-15. Class will start on Sep 17.
What Catholics Believe? Catechetical program designed for those: (1) unbaptized persons, (2) baptized Christians of other denominations, and (3) Catholics with little formal study of the Faith. We welcome all of you to our next RCIA session starting Sep 11 at 7:00 p.m. every Thursday.
Parish Religious Education Program (PREP) Registration is ongoing for students in elementary and junior high grades. Registration forms are available at the Info Counter. Students who were enrolled last year are asked to please re-register early. Knowing our class sizes in advance is helpful.
Liturgy of the Word with Children (LWC) will resume on Sep 14.

Catholics Come Home on EWTN EWTN was recently in Vancouver to film segments for its new Catholics Come Home TV series. Two Vancouverites are featured in the first few episodes of the show, which premieres this afternoon (Aug 31) at 3:00 p.m. The program will be repeated several times. Filmed in more than a dozen scenic locations in Canada and the U.S., episodes feature interviews with people who recently returned to Jesus and the Catholic Church as a result of the Catholics Come Home program and the call of the Holy Spirit.
The Devotion of Our Mother of Perpetual Help Its 17th Anniversary will be held on Sep 3 (Wed), 6:30 p.m. at St. Monica Church (No. 5 & Cambie). There will be a potluck, please bring some food to share.

Living and Leading By Faith Archdiocesan Formation Institutes for adults will hold a one-day faith formation training courses which include Core Catholic Life, Basic of the Faith, Encountering God in Our Lives, and more on Sep 27 (Sat), 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. at Holy Cross Secondary, Surrey.
